CLASSES WE OFFER

Our lyrical class for ages 10–17 is a beautiful space for young dancers to grow in both skill and self-expression. Blending elements of ballet and contemporary, this class focuses on strong technique while encouraging dancers to connect emotionally to the music and tell a story through movement. It’s perfect for building confidence, improving flexibility and control, and developing artistry in a supportive and inspiring environment. Whether they’re new to lyrical or looking to progress further, dancers will leave each class feeling empowered, expressive, and proud of their progress.  

This class is designed for our younger students who have lots of energy but not much dance experience. We will teach them the fundamentals of commercial and street dance in a fun environment to some of their favourite music. Within this class we will focus on building their confidence and exploring new moves and styles until they are ready for the next challenge.

Our Bueno class is the next stage up from our Bambino class. Whilst we will continue to build on their ability to perform choreography and cement the fundamentals of commercial we will start to incorporate performance, dynamics, and formations. Students will begin to work more closely as a team all whilst as continuing to focus on their individual progression. Routines and class content will vary to keep students on their toes and hungry for more!

With multiple instructors to cater for all abilities our Gymnastic Class makes sure that each student has their individual needs met. With our professional equipment we focus on floor gymnastics and acrobatics which can be used with dance. We work on strength, flexibility, and conditioning to ensure students can work towards accomplishing the gymnastic/ acrobatic goals. We will work with each student to ensure they provide he proper support and are pushed to reach their full potential. 

Our adult heels classes are all about helping you reconnect with yourself, build confidence, and feel amazing in your own skin. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have danced before, this is your space to let go, have fun, and prioritise you. In each class, you’ll learn contrasting choreography styles while always focusing on building strong technique, so you not only look good but feel confident in how you move. There’s no pressure to commit every week—our pay-as-you-go option means you can join whenever it suits your schedule. And don’t worry if heels aren’t your thing yet—classes can absolutely be done in trainers. Come as you are, move your body, and leave feeling empowered, uplifted, and stronger every time.  

Students who want to take their training to the next level and want to participate in more performance opportunities will be invited to this class. With harder choreography, formation changes and sets being made for competitions, this class is the perfect challenge for students striving to push themselves further within dance.

This class is the hardest class we offer and is aimed towards advanced dancers. This class works on highly challenging choreography in various styles to create versatile dancers who enjoy a challenge or are thinking of pursuing dance in further education or career. This lass will dive deeper into the dynamics of each move and performance techniques.

Part 1 of our back to back classes on Thursday evenings. These classes are designed for intermediate to advanced students. This class is a great challenge for anyone who loves dance and might want to pursue dance within school or college.

In the second class of the evening, a contrasting piece of choreography will be taught, or, as a class, formations, performance, and technique will be worked on. Students who stay for both our Thursday night classes see a massive improvement in their pick-up, focus within classes, stamina, and dance ability. These classes are fun, energetic and an amazing way for students to expand their friendship circle.

For students who have never done gymnastics before, or students who want to gain confidence or need the help of our professional coaches in order to perfect gymnastic moves, balances or stretches this class is perfect. Our coaches will work with students individually to make sure each student reaches their goals and receives one on one guidance and support, this also means no students will be held back and classes will be tailored for each individual. 

This is our introductory class to our signature style of Commercial dance. Our main goal is to ensure our students have the best time and cannot wait to come back each week. We will always have two instructors in this class to make sure we can cater to a miss of abilities and provide one one-on-one support when needed. Students will be given tasks to complete together to build friendships and their confidence with the support of the instructors. We will focus on key moves that are regularly used and teach the fundamentals of commercial and street.
